We Ate Fish Ice Cream (and Yes, It Was Amazing)

The world is full of fads, and New York seems to be the capital of the fad craziness. New York has brought the cupcake craze, the rainbow bagel phenomenon, and the cronut compulsion. The Newest obsession? Taiyaki, a Japanese fish ice cream dessert.



It’s sweet, fun, and colorful; the perfect recipe to achieve Instagram stardom.


There are a few flavors and toppings, but the starring factor is the cone, which isn’t really a cone at all, but more a cake/waffle-like sweet shaped like a fish.
